Rehearsals are on Friday
18:45 - 20:00
The Youth Band
is an
active performing and contesting band, giving
concerts throughout the year and regularly
visiting the mainland to take part in
competitions, alongside the Senior Band.
There is an Intermediate Band for people of all ages who have just started
learning a brass instrument, to
introduce them to a band environment
and playing alongside other
musicians. They do not perform or
contest. Rehearsals take place on Fridays at 18:15.
Shanklin Town Brass Band has a child protection policy, which is regularly
reviewed, to ensure that all children and young people are within a safe
environment. We also have an equal opportunities policy.
